Kings Court, Willie Snaith Road, Newmarket

This is an 'office village' concept providing letting space for small starter units leading up to units of some 465 m sq.

With the exception of the two large detached buildings fronting the main road the remaining buildings surround a formal landscape courtyard. The buildings are colonnaded at ground floor where they facethe courtyard. Cars are positioned away from the interior by providing perimeter access and spaces to each unit.

The buildings are largely masonry and use red brick to suit the locality with stone detailing.

The south facing development and its courtyard are well landscaped and contain a central water feature.
