Owen Webb Housing, Cambridge

This study for a residential development in the heart of Cambridge consists of a six storey tower. The development sits between Fenners Cricket ground and Parkers Piece in the city centre.

The site had very tight design constraints which includes the current existing listed building which is to be renovated for additional residents.

Visual impact studies were carred out in terms of models and street elevations to understand how the building sits in its context.
