Meadow Lane, St Ives

This office project is situated in a mature landscaped site adjoining the St. Ives' by-pass. The scheme comprises four blocks of three storey offices with each block being divided into semi-detached spaces. The main entrances to each unit are at the gable end of each block.

The steel framed buildings are brick clad at ground floor but at first floor they are timber framed with a smooth maintenance free board material and glazing.

The roof spaces are fully utilised with natural light coming from the Velux roof lights.
