Colchester Business Park

This is an 'office village' within a major business park in Colchester.

The project consists of a series of two storey office modules of varying sizes in two interconnecting L-shaped blocks. The car parking has been kept away from the large pedestrian courtyard, which follows the profile of the main crescent road running alongside the site. One of the blocks faces due south onto an old historic footpath with large mature oak trees. In this area first floor balconies open out onto the landscaped areas.

The buildings are essentially masonry construction using stone detailing and aluminium curtain walling.
