Project Organisation
For each project normally one principal is nominated as the initial point of contact with the client and he will be responsible for maintaining close contact with the client throughout the project up to its satisfactory conclusion.
Both principles are involved so that their combined experience and
strengths can be used within the project. This involvement helps to
ensure that each project is looked at from more than one viewpoint and
the objectives of good design are complemented by consideration of cost
effectiveness, energy efficiency, speed and ease of construction, building
life and other practical considerations.
To compliment this, the office is arranged into teams comprised generally
of an architect and two technologists. It is a feature of the practice
that the principals maintain a working involvement throughout each project,
thus avoiding the shortfall of some larger practices where direct accountability
is diffused.
The search for quality in design extends beyond the initial concept and is pursued through the working involvement of the principals at the detail and working drawing stage, and to the inspection of work on site and in specialists' workshops.

 Clifford Thames Headquarters
The practice's experience of working in the private sector enables it to develop designs creatively and within the financial constraints of each development. The practice is kept aware of the current rental values, investment yields and building costs to ensure that design proposals reflect the 'market place' and our clients are in the best position to generate a successful and viable project.
The practice is proud to profess that equal attention to design and detail is invested in both prestigious schemes, such as bespoke headquarters offices, as well as their small works design team. We have worked on projects with values ranging from £375,000 to £75,000,000.
